The Role:
• Manage multiple engagements, including providing guidance and support, with stakeholders from various cultures and time zones
• Deliver fit-for-purpose contracts for each sub-category through the use project management, planning and process development tools
• Act as a Single Point of Responsibility (SPR) in the relationship between the Regional contacts and the Central Project Contracting team
• Ensure applicable global model contracts frameworks are aligned with Project and Rig Engineering requirements and bring consistency and rigour in approach to Project implementation with Wells Services and supporting all applicable changes to the Model Contracts
• Lead the development and execution of Contractor Impact Assessments and Statement of Requirement documents including meeting with Subject Matter Experts, agreeing technical content, developing contract language and facilitating execution between GWP PSCM, S&OR/Technical Functions and Legal
• Conduct relevant due diligence with contract management, integrating and aligning appropriate Wells Engineering technical requirements, S&OR, Legal, PSCM and Project requirements and securing required internal and external management approvals
• Participate in contract and compliance review committee meetings, supporting resolution of queries, including audit resolution and continuous improvement projects
• Participate in API, GPs and Industry review meetings
• Utilize standard PSCM Tools, systems and processes
• Comply with Companies Code of Conduct and practice ethical business behaviour, using reasonable care to monitor suppliers and contractors working for the Company to ensure they work in a manner consistent with the Code
• Other activities as directed by Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Professional PSCM qualification (MCIPS), CPSM, IACCM or equivalent
• Previous work experience in multiple industry market sectors
• Basic understanding of drilling equipment and processes.
Demonstrated competency in developing contracts and amendments

• University degree in Engineering, Procurement or other technical discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies, across Operators and with Suppliers
• Knowledge of Microsoft software suite, SharePoint etc.
• Superb collaborative and teamwork skills. Strong skills with a proven record in developing and working with and through multi-disciplinary teams
• Project management skills
