The Company:
Our Client is multinational oil & gas company in Indonesia is seeking potential candidates for Contract Staff

The Role:
• Responsible for preparing and administering tenders for major and minor contracts;
• Ensure compliance with Regulations; interface with BPMIGAS to clarify and explain business matters;
• Work with/ assist User Groups on the tendering and implementation of contracts;
• Maintain organized tender and contract files, ensure there is a clear audit trail including all key documents;
• Ensure full compliance with prevailing Regulations (e.g. PTK 007 Rev 02); clarify as necessary;
• Work with User Groups to build tender and contract plans; develop contracting strategies;
• Preparation of front end documentation including procurement plans, adverts and registration documents;
• Develop Invitation to Bid documents, ensure objective evaluation criteria and process is in place;
• Coordinate the Registration process and evaluation, arrange pre-bid meetings, coordinate clarifications;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in disciplines related to Oil and Gas Industry, e.g, engineering, business management;
• 5+ years of experience in the contracts management business with at least 3 years experience in oil and gas business preferably capital project business or drilling. Full understanding of prevailing Indonesian regulations (e.g., BPMIGAS PTK 007 Rev 02);
• Basic negotiating skills; understand negotiation techniques and objectives;
• Fluency in English both spoken and written;
