The Company:
Our client is one of the worlds largest providers of technical services across a wide range of sectors, including nuclear.

The Role:
As Contracts Administrative Support, you will be responsible for:
• The processing of correspondence between multiple parties
• Maintaining primary responsibility for version control of documents
• The logging of information on various trackers using MS Excel
• Typing / formatting letters on MS Word
• Weekly reporting of figures related to incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Updating and monitoring the departmental holiday tracker
• Formatting reports / presentations
• Ad hoc departmental admin duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
We require a candidate to:
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in terms of managing day to day incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Be an articulate communicator with strong personal skills and able to interface on a daily basis with multiple personalities, nationalities and cultures
• Have strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage work scope deadlines
• Be confident in their ability to work to their own deadlines and to ask for assistance when required
• Be willing to be flexible in their approach to work and varying responsibilities
• Have experience maintaining various logs / registers
• Be knowledgeable of Excel and Word software
• Routine office duties i.e. copies documents, creates folders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience in a similar role
• Perform work of a complex scope
• Work under general direction
• Plan own task schedule to satisfy objectives
