The Company:
Our Client is a Major Global Oil & Gas Operator.

The Role:
• Champions HSSE and compliance with Companies Code of Conduct, and lives out Companies values and behaviours
• Develops and maintains a deep understanding of standards and tools related to Anti -Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Sanctions
• Leads the transfer of ACDD knowledge to the The projects Operating Organisation (ROO)
• Provides ACDD coaching for up to 70 RST plus ROO personnel
• Project Manage the centralisation of the ACDD process and team, which will include:-
Develop ACDD centralisation procedures and forms
Review and recommend personnel for suitability in the centralised team – assist, follow-up and monitor progress and development.
Interface with ROO, C&C teams, Legal, E&C and ACDD Central team to achieve objective in a timely manner
Organise and run specific training courses in the ROO and follow-up with further sessions. It will also be necessary to train the trainer
Understand the cultural differences with local Iraqi personnel and how improvements can be made within the team affecting ACDD
• Project Manage the implementation of a systems solution for ACDD (Appraise and Select stages complete). Focus on simplification and standardisation
• Writes Risk Mitigation Plans and coaches ROO ACDD team in their development
• Produce and review KPI reports as required to communicate compliance with the relevant procedures
• Consults with Companies Category Management Team to ensure alignment with common processes wherever practicable

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University degree (3-4 year Bachelor degree) or equivalent –desirable
• MCIPS or equivalent professional PSCM qualification -desirable
• Working across disciplines and cross-functional teams - essential
• Demonstrable experience as a Procurement and Supply Chain specialist or financial/ business analyst - essential
• Strong influencing and communication skills across a wide range of cultural environments - essential
• Managing major projects -essential
• Experience of working in multi cultural environments, Middle East experience preferred
• Experience of working with anti bribery and corruption (ABC) – essential
• Experience of working with anti money laundering (AML) process – desirable
