The Company:
Our client is major operator

The Role:
Our client is commencing the development of an Operations Excellence (OE) book. This book covers both hydrocarbon and human system elements, and this role is to specifically focus on the development of the People Enablers such as; Leadership, Teamwork, Behaviours, and Collaboration. The role also provide expert advice on the change methodology in assets and how to approach the closure of gaps highlighted through OE assessment.

Key Accountablities:
The core accountabilities are to work with the OE team to guide the development of the People Enabler elements of the OE Book. The work will cover;

- Definition of range statements and performance measures for OE elements.
- To make recommendations against areas for improvement and provide advice on facilitating OE change in an asset at a tactical level.
- Specialist operational and behavioural change management practice and design, including supporting the design of the process for managing change and business improvement initiatives.
- Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of industry generic P&O work processes, in context of full asset lifecycle
• Experience of business process improvement work
• Track record of delivering performance improvement in assets
• Track record of analysing, designing and managing the installation of change management initiatives in Oil & Gas
• An established Management Consultant, Performance Coach
