The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
Provide secretarial support and administrative assistance to Contracts personnel within the Utilities & Buildings Delivery Team which includes:
Formal Correspondence:
- Tracking/acknowledging/distributing formal correspondence on the Contract Management System (CMS)
- Updating registers for specific correspondence (e.g. Change Order Requests, Notification of likely delays)
- Saving correspondence in appropriate folders on the O: Drive
- Updating formal correspondence register when required
- Drafting letters in CMS
- Minutes of meeting (typing, reviewing, distribution, uploading, filing)
-Organising meetings (conference calls, catering, presentations)
- Updating share file with director communications. dashboards, procedures etc.
- Sub Contractor/Mill Approvals – Updating register, distributing, organising signatures, drafting approval letters
- Organising signatures for Change Orders, payment approvals, amendment deeds etc.
- General admin assistance to Contract Manager and Contract Administrators.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous Project experience
- Good communicating skills, verbal and written
- Organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office with strong working knowledge of document formatting within Word and Excel with some exposure to other computer based systems
- Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Experience working with direct Client contact
