The Role:
The Role:
Working on the expansion of a Urea Fertilizer Plant in Romania, our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage the expansion on behalf of their client.

As part of our client's PMC team, reporting to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will oversee the contracts and subcontracts for the PMC team and ensure the Plant expansion is completed to relevant industry standards and within agreed timescale.

The Project is expected to begin during Q4 of 2013 and move to completion in 2015. The initial phase of the project will be coordinated from our client's office in Teesside. Travel to Romania will commence on a rotational basis once the initial design phase is completed.

Rotation is expected to be 10:4 (days). All accommodation, flights etc will be provided.

Final phase will again be completed at our client's office in Teesside

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous PMC Experience
Previous experience as Contracts Administrator on a similar project
Ammonia Fertilizer / Plant experience
