The Company:
Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with an aim to meet the energy needs of society, in ways that are economically, socially and environmentally viable, now and in the future.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Contract Administrator for 6 months based in Geelong to manage the support & administration activities for the Projects and Turnaround Departments.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed HSSE practices and procedure as outlined in the company’s Management System;
• Focal point & accountable for all TRACK database administrative activities;
• Provide SAP and Administrative support primarily to the Projects and Turnaround Departments but also to other departments;
• Focal point for numerous SAP activities - purchase requisitions, invoice payments, project setup and budget input and release, timewriting, project and cost reporting;
• Provide support with the analysis of SAP projects and turnaround data;
• Coordinate and publish the monthly Project Department status report;
• Monitor to ensure MS quality documents are updated on the due dates and coordinate quarterly meeting to review status of Project and Turnaround Departments MS quality documents;
• Provide general administrative support activities for the Project and Turnaround departments including minute taking, computer support, software application support, organising meetings and functions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to fulfil the role you must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following aspects:

• In this role you will have broad experience within Contracts Administration and ideally exposure to Oil & Gas projects;
• You should also have proven interpersonal and strong administrative skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of professionals and managers;
• Exposure to SAP, contract management systems and Windows will be required to perform the role.
