The Company:
Our client, a major international operator, seeks a Contract Administrator to join their team!

The Role:
• Gathers and reviews documentation to qualify suppliers. Based on input from subject matter experts, develops bid lists and prepares them for evaluation.
• Provides analytical support for contract negotiations with guidance from subject matter expert.
• Reviews scope of work and ensures that document contains core elements.
• Administers post award contract activities, including contractor insurance and verification, contract start-up, maintaining contract files and record retention, monitoring, and close-out, receipt of contract obligations, amendments, contract extensions or renewals. Also assures activities are complete in the appropriate procurement systems.
• Serves as a point of contact for both internal customers as well as the suppliers regarding contractual issues for low value/risk contracts.
• Executes data entry, creates ad-hoc reports and ensures complete contract documentation is loaded in the designated P/SCM systems (i.e. Ariba, SAP, JDE, SIMs, SDMS, ASQ, etc.)
• Assists in periodic reviews of contracting procedure and in establishing key business process improvements.

• 4 year undergraduate university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management required.
