From small brownfield services contracts to mega greenfield projects, our Client has the skills and technologies to address all challenges.Our Client is the biggest engineering company in Australia and they are a key provider of professional services to the energy, resource, and complex process industries with a Global reach and prescence spanning many decades.

The Role:
For our client we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator that has experience working on brownfield projects within an EPCM project portfolio delivery environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work in a busy team environment and strict project schedules.
• Partake in the implementation of the company’s policies within the organisation to an effective level of influence.
• Develop contract package plans & strategies in conjunction with project engineers and other team members for submission to client.
• Develop invitation to tender packages in conjunction with project engineers & submit for approval.
• Review, negotiate and recommend award of contractor submissions in line with client requirements and project procedures.
• Ensure effective contract administration, in accordance with contract terms and conditions and company procedures & policies.
• Administer & process progress claims for work completed against contract requirements.
• Claims assessment; review & recommend position based on contractual requirements.
• Close-out completed contracts/ purchase orders in accordance with contract terms and conditions and company procedures & policies.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
You must be able to demonstrate;
• Commitment to the implementation of Zero harm initiatives
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a procurement department and contract administration role
• Experience in EPC/EPCM brownfield projects
• Good understanding of contract law
• Experience in major contracts
