The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Contracts Administrator. In this position you will manage EPC Correspondence process for Memorandums’ (Memo’s), Requests’ for Information (RFI’s) & Non-conformance Reports (NCR’s):
• Perform QA/QC checks on all Memo’s, RFI’s & NCR’s to ensure readability and references are accurate.
• Adhere to Downstream Leadership Approval Matrix to ensure all correspondence is endorsed by appropriate individuals prior to release to EPC Contractor via Procon.
• Manage all incoming Memo’s, RFI’s and NCR’s from EPC Contractor via Procon. Determine appropriate individuals to receive action items and internal Coreworx notifications.
• Act as main point of contact for all EPC correspondence queries in relation to outstanding actions & status updates.
• Maintain Correspondence log/ report for all Memo’s, RFI ‘s and NCR’s.

Correspondence Close out:
• Lead fortnightly meetings with EPC Contracts Advisors (2) to distribute outstanding correspondence actions for follow up with SME’s & update report/ log with progress from previous period.
• Liaise with SME’s to close out correspondence within a timely manner. Assist, where possible, in drafting responses.

• Produce & distribute weekly status reports on overall correspondence numbers and outstanding actions.
• Produce & distribute monthly correspondence dashboard to show total open & closed memo’s, RFI ‘s and NCR’s by discipline, overdue status’ (eg. 30,60,90+ days) & overview of NCR response quality.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will need to be degree qualified, having a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Commercial Management. You will also need to have relevant experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Oil & Gas environment.
