The Company:
Our Client is a leading provider of end-to-end outsourced engineering, maintenance and asset management services with a diversified end-market exposure across core sectors of rail, transport & technology systems, resources, water, power and defence.

The Role:
A position is on offer to work on a Defence Maintenance Project based in Henderson.

Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Prepare documentation to ensure progress invoices and contractual claims are substantiated and submitted accurately and on time
• Review and report on project costs and budget requirements
• Prepare budgets and cost control methods, monitor costs and reconcile progress claims and forecasts
• Prepare financial analysis, profitability, risk reward status, financial/commercial risks reports
• Maintain supplier master data in SAP
• Assist Supply Chain Analyst in preparation of subcontract documentation
• Undertake analysis and make recommendations to Supply Chain Manger for improvements to supply chain
• Act as super user for relevant functions of SAP providing training and support as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience with SAP
• Highly proficient with the Microsoft toolset
