The Role:
Our Client is now seeking to expand their team with an experienced Contracts Administrator. This is an ideal opportunity for an initial 6 months contract to join a dynamic team. The ideal Contracts Administrator will have mandatory brownfield project experience and has worked within an EPC/EPCM. With the busy nature of the project lifecycle the successful candidate will have proven experience in successfully dealing with high pressured environments and meeting project deadlines.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop contract package plans and strategies in line with Project Engineers.
  • Develop tender package invitations and submit them for approval.
  • Review, negotiate and recommend award of contractor submissions in line with client and project requirements.
  • Maintain contract administration database.
  • Contribute to the implementation of company policies within the organisation.
  • Administer and process progress claims for contract requirements.
  • Review and recommend contractual requirements on Claim assessments.
  • Provide advice on disputed claims and facilitate resolution.
  • Close-out completed contracts and purchase orders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience within a Contracts Administration position.
  • Mandatory experience in EPC/EPCM Brownfield projects.
  • Understanding of contract law.
  • Essential experience with major contracts.
