The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Contracts Administrator who will have responsibilities across the various portfolios of the Shared Service Team (i.e. Environmental, IM&T, Supplier Diversity & Business Services), but also supports a wider project community, primarily within the Social Infrastructure Team. On offer is a 12 month contract, part time arrangement.

Key duties include:

40% Contracts Administration
• Supporting and assisting Contract Advisors with the preparation and assembly of contracts, ensuring that Company procedures are applied correctly
• Maintaining, training and ensuring compliance in the use of contract management related systems and tools
• Ensuring all documentation received or issued is stored in accordance with the projects contracting procedures
• Coordinating with legal & Supply Chain Management (SCM) in issuing executed contracts
• Maintaining the Shared Services Contract Plan database

40% System Support
• Raising and maintaining various communication records in the ProCon Contract Management System
• Raising and maintaining Contract Workspaces in the ERP System
• Reporting on and monitoring Ariba and ProCon activity and process compliance
• Liaising with the ProCon Support Team to resolve system faults or operational issues

20% General
• Providing ad-hoc admin support to the Contracts Team
• Supporting the Business Assurance Team
• Demonstrating a commitment to health, environment and safety and achieving an incident and injury free environment

• Must Have - University Qualification, Bachelor of Science and MBA in Commercial Management
