The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our client is looking for a Contracts Advisor to join their team on a contract basis

Duties will incude but not be limited to:
• Ability to interpret Contract terms and conditions along with conforming Service Agreements
• Manages commercial evaluation of Service Contracts and issuing contract recommendations for award
• Manages Service Contract post award to comply with all internal processes and procedures
• Processing of various Contractor monthly invoices and resolving issues in accordance with Contact terms and conditions
• Set up and maintain Contracts and Amendments on the in house software

Administration Duties:
• Ad-Hoc clerical/admin and general support including contract correspondence
• Ensures all documentation required for the Contracts committee is completed
• Issues regular contract status reports to the project team
• Manage distribution of contract documentation
• Manage distribution of contract documents to the U/S Project Team and Contract Owners
• Upstream Contracts Manager with monthly Project reporting requirements where required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Graduate with 10+ Years of Directly related experience
- 6+ Years of Major & Minor Services Agreements, good technical writing skills, ability to manage numerous Services Contracts concurrently, Understand importance of managing high volume and low value Service Contracts.
• Attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Some experience with Gas Platform Operations is preferred but not necessary
