The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
My industry leading operator client currently has a requirement for a Contracts Advisor to work on a rotational basis (28 days on, 28 days off) at the client's site in Onslow.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Support the process of EPC Contract/ISBL administration at the Site to include, problem solving, developing/communicating Company’s position relative to contractual issues and contractor negotiations
• Support the management of the EPC Contract/ISBL at the Site to include the input of Risk Management, Tax, Legal, Commercial and Operations and Engineering as required
• Support the business and commercial objectives of the project and deliver the execution of the EPC Contract and related documents to concisely and accurately support those objectives and goals with specific emphasis on appropriate balancing of contractual risks
• Support the EPC Contract change management process and ensure that Company SME’s are consulted and provide input as required for timely resolution.
• Support Claims Avoidance through the management of formal correspondence under the EPC Contract
• Ensure that the Project Team understands and performs within the boundaries of the EPC Contract/ISBL
• Ensure all Company and Contractor obligations, deliverables and requirements under the EPC Contract/ISBL are understood, implemented and executed at the Site
• Ensure the various Project functions are supporting the requirements of EPC Contract/ISBL management and administration at the Site

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering or Commercial Management or Similar
• 10 years direct experience in contracts formation and administration on large oil and gas capital projects, preferably with contracts claims experience.
