The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Contracts Advisor looking after the logistics and marine packages. On offer is a 12 month contract, Perth based. In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop contracts and associated commercial documents to implement contracting plans
• Manage the bidding, awarding, and administering of activities associated with contracts sourcing
• Manage and administer contracts after award
• Act as commercial advisor to Project Management Team for all commercial matters associated with contracts
• Manage commercial claims and disputes associated with contracts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Contractors and acts as a Subject Matter Expert regarding contracting activities and strategies. Review and/or drafts contractual correspondence. Leads Contracts / Commercial negotiations
• Coordinate verification of approval of contract payment milestones and process for project team approval of work tickets
• Provide contract interpretation and advice to team members as required
• Develop, gain approval of, and execute a procedure for managing contract claims and change orders
• Assist the supply chain management group with bidding, awarding and administering procurement contracts as required and ensure the safety culture is communicated to all contractors
• Identify opportunities to align and leverage wider contracting strategies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have experience of Direct Contracting Development and Management experience with Logistics and/or Drilling & Completions contracts for an Oil and Gas Operator with a higher level degree.
