The Company:

Services include scientific and specialty consulting as well as all aspects of engineering and construction, and operations and maintenance.

The Role:
The main goal of the Performance & Contract Department is to secure high quality in our solutions and services in order to achieve stability in daily operations towards our end customers.
This is achieved by continuous quality improvement focus, pro-active risk management, point-to-point performance management of service providers and successful contract implementations.

- Follow-up contracts with external service providers
- Follow-up contracts with internal service providers
- Follow-up contracts with customers
- Fulfill agreed contractual roles with vendors and customers
- Implement contract for key sourcing contracts
- Participate in Transition projects when required
- Single point of contact for contract related issues in selected contracts
Qualifications / Personal Attributes - Preferable a Master degree or equivalent in a business related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience from Contract Mgt.
- Demonstrated ability and success in working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Business English
- Experience from IT Contract Management related to outsourcing
- Track record in developing strong customer relationships.
- Previous experience from managing third party vendors
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to create effective working relationships
- Ambitious and tough-minded
- Analytical, evaluative and with a strong focus on details
- Forward thinking and a strong performance focus.
- Financial awareness
