The Role:
Our Client is looking for an experienced C&P Administrator for a 12 month contract.

Reporting to the C&P Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Prepare Request for Tender/Quotation documents and manage the Tender/Quotation process,
• Prepare and submit documentation for external approval (contracting strategies, recommendations for award, variations, invoices and progress claims),
• Review and check invoices and progress claims,
• Coordinating the provision of services and supply of materials to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure the Procurement/Contract Status Report information is kept current.
• Guide internal stakeholders through the contracts and procurement process.
• Attend and provide relevant feedback at Project meetings.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with contractors and suppliers.
• Attend and contribute to internal stakeholder cost and risk review meetings.
• Coordinate and liaise with Site team and implementation coordinators.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Contracts and Procurement processes and procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Strong technical and product knowledge of the products and service relative to the oil and gas or related industry.
• Experience in contributing to Contracting Strategies and coordinating approvals.
• Demonstrated experience in tendering, negotiation, award and administration process of packages of work.
• Demonstrated experience in the review, assessment and processing of contractor claims and preparation of payment certificates;
• High level of interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing conflicting work priorities and achieving deadlines.
• Experience with an enterprise procurement or contract management software ideally SmartPlant Materials or SAP.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
