The Company:
Our Client is a global Exploration & Production company focused on the increase of production and reserves, the geographic diversification of activity with increased presence in OECD countries, operational excellence and maximising the profitability of assets.

The Role:
Work/colaborate with EAA internal customers to elaborate the anual procurement plan and its follow up and report, using internal electronic tools such as SGIA; leading bid strategies for tendering materials/services for EAA projects.
Work closely with the final user (internal customer) to understand his needs and anticipate possible problems and suggest improvements for the contracting activity. Tender, award and signature of the contracts needed for all materials and services within EAA Projects, helping/collaborating with the BUs/Exploration delegations to reach the project schedule in time, within budget and following Repsol HSQE standards. Tender the mentioned materials/services through SRM system, if possible and according to local regulations, and in accordance with Repsol PCL Norms and Procedures.
Coordinate/lead and execute contracts working closely with legal, insurance and taxes departments during the negotiation phase.
Register all tendering activiy in SGIA system, updating it monthly.
Coordinate suppliers qualification process, collaborating with its responsibles and using suppliers qualification system (SISPRO), ensuring every awarded suppliers are qualified as per Repsol's standards.
Upload and manage Contract/Services Orders/Purchases Orders through SAP MM. Guarantee a appropiate contracts administration process.
Guarantee transparency, equity and traceability for all tender process, internally (customers, internal audits) and externally (suppliers, shareholders, local authorities,…)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in an appropriate discipline (Engineering or Business Management) preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Purchasing & Contract in an Oil&Gas company with focus on high value offshore and onshore Projects for E&P.
Full knowledge of Repsol's DG E&P structure and Norms and Procedures, as well as deep knowledge of Repsol's Procurement and Contracts Norms and Procedures.
Knowledge and experience with P&C corporate electronic systems: SAP MM, SIAPRO; SGIA, SRM…..
Proven track record of leading and dealing with complex contracts, demonstrating knowledge of contractual, financial, commercial and technical matters.
Strong negotiator, good communicator, team-player, planner, high level integrity and confidentiality, ability to work in a stressful and difficult environment, multi cultured, available to visit and be assigned to any field locations in the region, committed to performance measurement, continuous improvement
