The Company:
Our client is a global leader in the oil and gas industry and have potentially found a way to revolutionise the way natural gas resources are developed, by building the world's first floating liquefied natural gas facility (FLNG).

The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Contracts and Procurement Analyst to contribute as a member of the project Directorate Contracts and Procurement team.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

•Support the team in structuring and managing contracts and purchase orders in designated tools to enable effective control and reporting of third party spend.
• Application of SAP, Procon and CMS management tools during post award execution of contracts, providing support to Contract Engineers and Contract Holders as required.
• Ensure that the approved HSE standards and Goal Zero policies are fully incorporated in the process of contractor and supplier selection and in the subsequent work execution phases.
• Ensure the collection, analysis, validation, maintenance and capture of third party Contracting and Procurement spend project wide.
• Prepare data for management reporting at project and function level.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Application of contracting and procurement processes and tools in a major project context.
• Commercial acumen / awareness.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communications at all levels of management both internally and externally.
• Administering contracts and reporting from SAP and Contract Management tools

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Business or Engineering degree, or equivalent. Mastery of Contract and Procurement professional competencies. Understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation and commercial issues.
