The Role:
1. Prepare and publishes the tender documentation on the basis of requests from enterprise customers, departments, including the amount of the required specifications and TRU officially unsubscribed to a specialist Deputy Head of Contract Management and Supply Department.
2. Monitor and manage the tender process in accordance with the internal regulations of the enterprise and the rules on the acquisition of TRU law on subsoil use where applicable.
3. Make proposals, conducts pre-qualification (where required) and recommends suitable suppliers TRU to maximize the economic benefits to the enterprise of the procurement.
4. Interact with departments, customers, to ensure proper understanding of their needs and to make sure that the ongoing procurement processes meet the needs of production.
5. Develop, makes, conducts and monitors the tender announcements, market research, obtain price quotations, invitations to tender, receipt and opening of tenders and evaluation of bids.
6. Interact with TRU suppliers to obtain competitive prices, ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery.
7. Conduct pricing examination and analysis of the prices (if necessary interacting with the contracting department).
8. Provide a quality control department checks the acquired TRU for compliance with the applicable norms and standards (when necessary).
9. Examine and explains the terms of the contract, including an explanation of the provisions for liabilities, penalties and the observance of the terms of contracts department-customers.
10. Provide all approvals contractual documents stipulated in the company's internal regulations and orders.
11. Timely and properly keep records of all documentation in relation to procurement to ensure the principle of transparency and preparedness department to various audits.
12. Constantly making efforts to improve the work, reducing the time costs, streamline workflow, and together with other employees of the Department to provide impeccable service enterprise.
13. Perform other duties by order of the management-related procurement activities within its jurisdiction and powers.
