The Company:
Our Client is the largest LNG producing company in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (MTA), safely and reliably delivering LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking a Contracts & Systems Specialist to work on a 2 year contract based in Qatar with an immediate start.

The Contracts & Systems Specialist maps as is Supply business processes and drives/ supports implementation of e-business tools. Suggest improvements in the business process for effective utilisation of the business tools. Is an expert on the software of required/ particular technology and helps translate business requirements into implementation within the software.

Carries out Pre-award contract process activities. Review of scope of work, developing suitable pricing structure, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. Formulate suitable tendering strategy depending upon the scope, value type and time schedule. Select the most appropriate bidders list. Conduct site visits, pre-tender meetings and coordinate with user, finance and legal in providing clarifications. Coordinate technical evaluation, conducts commercial evaluation. Obtain Tender commitee approvals at relevant stages in a tender process. Prepare legally binding Letter of Intents, Contracts and Change Order.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- BSc in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Must have taken key role in at least one implementation lifecyle of similar business software to contract Lifecycle Management/ Supplier Relationship Management.
- 6years experience in preperation of tenders, Contracts and contract administration, particularly in relation to services within the oil and gas industry. Should have good Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalizing various technical contracts. Good knowledge in legal practices, contract laws and industry practices. Good computer literacy in Microsoft office software and SAP ESM Modules.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
