•Maintain regular contact with the Project Management Team in order to establish contracting requirements.
•Develop contract strategies and procedures for the project as required.
•Ensure the Project key contracts identified and submitted to be included in CRC and PC Contracting plan and timely approved according to the Contracting Procedures.
•Coordination of bid evaluation processes (preparation of bid packages, participation in contractor pre-qualification process and etc).
•Lead bid proposal review meetings, meetings with contractors to discuss scope, necessary site regulations and expected documentation, etc.
•Conclude all project’s required contracts including Work Requests, Service Orders, AWO's according to the Project schedule and provided Scope of work documents.
•Bid every contract wherever possible and make sure all internal approvals (Due Diligence, the Legal and Finance approval) are obtained prior to the contract award.
•Liaise with the Contract Sponsor group and cost Control group to effectively monitor the contractor performance, contractual period and value.
•Close out all contracts after the Project Completion and all invoices paid.
