The Company:
PPC has built a wide range of buildings with distinctive landmarks and completed infrastructure projects of various discipline. The Role:
1.To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSEMS).

2.To carry out the preparation and submission of tenders.

3.To establish a working bills of quantities.

4.To assist the HOP in preparing the project budgets.

5.To prepare Material Schedules.

6.To verify Material Requisition.

7.To source, call and evaluate quotations and tenders for supply of materials and services.

8.To prepare cost estimates, quotations and tenders for new work items.

9.To negotiate with the Client, Client’s Consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

10.To recommend and award contracts to sub-contractors and suppliers.

11.To measure work done at site and prepare interim claims.

12.To evaluate sub-contractor’s work done and prepare claim certificates.

13.To assist the set up of Management Information System.

14.To assist the Planning Sub-Department to prepare reports for various projects.

15.To resolve contractual issues and claims, if any.

16.To prepare and submit Contractual Claims, variation, etc.

17.To monitor the project income and expenditures.

18.To prepare and finalize project accounts.

19.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
