The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking a Contracts Performance Lead to work on a 6 month contract based in Iraq working on a 28/28 rotation.

Purpose:
- Maintaining an overview of the Facilities Management contract portfolio and execution of the associated contract plans.
- Supporting the Facilities manager on larger/ multi-site and local/ smaller contracts post award.
- Advising on, and where appropriate executing, contract management activities according to the CP1 standard including performance measurement, contract financial planning, compliance monitoring, and organisation of tactical and operations-level performance reviews.

Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and document the site service requirements in support of procurement activities including scope information, site risk assessments and spend data etc.
- Manage the de-mobilisation of expired contracts (LFoC's) including confirming completion of work scope, releasing securities, resolving outstanding issues and providing feedback on performance e.g. FPSL.
- Establish site-level Contract Management Action Plans (CMAP)
- Manage and provide assurance on contract financial planning (Target cost) ensuring contracts are managed within approved contract values.
- Manage and provide assurance on site-level performance measurement of each contract including KPI's, business controls etc and provide information to the Facilities Manager for consolidation.
- Facilities site-level contract performance reviews and support continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and execute a site-level contract compliance schedule including HSE, Quality, Cost Schedule and sustainable development (local content)
- Ensure contract related records and documents are maintained in line with Group standards.
- Actively participate as part of a network of Contract Performance Managers to monitor Global/ and Local SP performance and contract alignment.
- Coordinate procurement activities for local contracts in liaison with C&P including:

- Assessing the risk and opportunities associated with each contract
- Developing the draft contract scope and defining the scope boundaries
- Executing and documenting the contractor HSE management requirements
- Agreeing the criteria to assess vendor capability
- Working the different FM teams and C&P for contractor selection and gaining endorsement
- Establishing and executing the CMSP as appropriate
- Managing contract variations, claims and disputes with the CP professional

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in Management of service contracts, including management of risks and supplier relationships.
Experience in performance measurement and managing improvement projects.
Candidate with a degree on Estate Management or Quantity Surveying with up to 5 years contracting & Procurement experience is preferred.
