The Role:
THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR AZERBAIJANI CITIZENS
C&A Engineers in Area Teams’ responsibilities may include some or all of the following: • Provides day-to-day engineering support to ensure the plant operates safely and efficiently specifically regarding control and safety system hardware and software • Review and implement modifications on plant control and safety systems • Compiles and analyses area measures and key performance indicators (KPI’s) as required. • Identifying and initiating investigations into uneconomic equipment performance. C&A Engineers in Discipline Engineering Teams’ responsibilities may include some or all of the following: • Analyses plant breakdowns and recommends actions for improved performance. • Provide C&A engineering review and verification for Projects and Maintenance activities including C&A input into design and safety reviews • Identify improvements to process control across asset and implements deployment of new advanced control systems and algorithms C&A Engineers in Reliability & Maintenance Teams’ responsibilities may include some or all of the following: • Sets the maintenance strategy for control and safety systems by analysing plant equipment failure rate data and maintenance statistics • Manages control and safety system upgrades to ensure the systems remain supportable throughout the life of the plant

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering discipline, e.g Instruments or Control/Automation.
3+ years of practical experience in Engineering Experience in oil/gas industry and pipelines. • Understanding of applicable industry codes • Azerbaijani citizenship is required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
A Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant engineering or similar discipline.
