The Role:
The role is available on a permanent basis, based in Melbourne and you will be able to demonstrate your proven abilities in understanding customer needs, and will be able to engage customer representatives at all levels. Your level of communication and professionalism will be second to none.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Technical expert for a number of customers with Bailey Infi90 Control Systems, along with OIS4 series
• Plan, coordinate and manage day to day activities associated with delivery of engineering services
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Delivering quality service
• Delivering service work and projects on time and within budget

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualified in Engineering, Control Systems or an equivalent discipline,
• In-depth knowledge of Bailey Infi90 and Harmony DCS Systems
• Building effective relationships at all levels across the business.
• Previous experience in a similar role
