Support for Control and Instrument Engineering Team Leader (OPCITL) supervises the Control / Instrument Engineering team that provides Operational support and Control Systems technical authority to ALNG plant operations.
Role and Responsibilities
To effectively lead OPCO Control / Instrument Engineering Online plant engineering support team, providing supervision, he/she will:
Lead the online plant engineering support in the disciplines of Control / Instrument Engineering:
o Direct daily plant Control and Instrument Systems engineering support for production and maintenance activities;
o Build close working relationships with Production and Maintenance and Reliability;
o Responsible for MOC Changes (for discipline);
o Responsible for process safety information and equipment safety envelops (for discipline).
o Responsible for managing key control systems vendor support on-site and remote as required.
Provide technical authority SME in Control / Instrument and Functional Safety Engineering.
Support team budget execution and tracking.
Support team staff recruiting, evaluation, learning and development
