The Company:
Our client is one of Australias largest oil and gas producers who is committed to help meet the worrlds energy needs while addressing the challenge of sustainability balancing economic growth, social development and environmental protection. The opportunity has arisen for a Controls Integrity Management System Coordinator to join their Land & Community Affairs team based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This position will be a residential assignment basis.

The Role:
• Coordinate Land & Community Affairs Controls Integrity Management System activities
• Provide support to ensure all process documentation is complete and catalogued correctly
• Participate in Land & Community Affairs Controls Committee (note Controls & Planning Lead to chair meeting)
• Coordinate controls gap review and closure process with Land & Community Affairs teams to ensure timely closure
• Conduct internal review of Controls documentation in preparation for audit
• Provide training support on Process & Controls requirements to ensure business activities are compliant with Controls Integrity Management System
• Coordinate with Controllers to ensure all staff are trained in Business Controls
• Review Land & Community Affairs Controls Catalogues for completeness and close gaps were identified
• Complete Controls Integrity Management System Element Assessment and provide advice to Planning & Controls Manager on identified gaps

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business, Law or a related degree would be highly regarded
• Experience in information and record management, administration and data analysis
• Excellent written verbal, communication, presentation skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multi-cultural team environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal influencing skills
