The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Coordination Assistant to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator for a 6 month duration based on Barrow Island. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Assist with scheduling and preparation for BWI IIF Workshops and Forums and One Island IIF Leadership Team Meetings.
•Administer the R&A Program and take sole responsibility for ownership and auditing of award stock.
•Coordinate all IIF Family Day activities in line with the annual calendar of events.
•Act as site interface point for HR and provide administrative support as required to HR systems and processes.
•Maintain the Personnel roster.
•Coordinate all onboarding and off boarding requirements for personnel movements to and from Barrow Island.
•Assist with T2 Time Writing, Cost Codes and Procurement queries and compliance requirements.
•Maintain the CSX IS Asset details for personnel mobilised to Barrow Island and coordinate IS requirements as requested.
•Coordinate the RSIP requirements for new starters and request and distribute equipment as required.
•Assist in coordination of demobilisation of personnel in the event of inclement weather and cyclonic events.
•Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Emergency Management team as required.
•Manage the Parking Permit system including the register updates, issue and collection of permits for all parking allocations in camp facilities.
•Effectively manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries effectively and efficiently.
•Process and maintain all travel requirements for the BWI Services Team.
•Undertake KPI reporting for the Executive Management and Site Services Team.
•Commits to and champions the development and implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
•Familiar with Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) tools. Participates in the site Total Safety Task Observation (TSTO), Step Back 5X5 and Hazard Intervention and Reporting Card (HIRC) processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Previous experience in a senior site administration or coordination position on a large site-based project (minimum of 5 years)
•Excellent communication and liaison skills
•Represent the EPCM with professionalism and confidence
•Able to establish and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site activities.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in proof reading documentation prior to distribution.
•Respect for and understanding of confidentiality.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of packages.
•Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously.
•Highly self-motivated, methodical in approach to completing tasks, detailed and organized.
•Contribute and show initiative towards site process improvements as required
