The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
Implement the Installation Planning and Execution Framework to provide consistent, milestone measured installation planning and execution activities at defined points along the project timeline.

Key Result Areas:
 Plan and define the key productivity measures to be captured during the offshore execution campaign in the “execution worksheets”
 Assist respective leads to develop and steward multidiscipline 6 month execution planning roadmaps.
 Ensure effectiveness of Construction execution risk assessments and assist in development and close out of action plans in coordination with Project Risk Coordinator
 Monitor offshore execution progress against the offshore integrated schedule
 Monitor, record and analyze contractor daily activities and work downtime.
 Ensure timely communication of issues to PMT during execution.
 Proactively facilitate with stakeholders "best for project" solutions for changes in the offshore integrated schedule
 Deploy and oversee the Field Teams; Offshore Supts, Offshore Sups, Diving Leads and Inspectors as needed. Ensure safety expectations are clearly communicated and understood by all VMT as rotations occur.
 Ensure safety kick off meeting is conducted prior to execution of the work.
 Participate and occasionally lead “Daily Call” with all Site Superintendents.
 Submit Daily Progress Report and capture execution data.
 Support Contractor’s execution of safety plan,
 Engage with Field Team on upcoming/future execution activities and identify actions
 Manage Field Team logistics working with and organizing RLIC passes, Doha Port Passes and company Helicopter Logistics as necessary.
 Engage with Vessel Management Team on upcoming/future execution activities and identify actions
 Manage Field Management Team logistics for all disciplines (Marine, Topsides, Safety, Quality and visitors)
 Prepare and distribute field-wide daily reports to company and other subsidiaries.
 Offshore Coordination Team Lead: Owner of Integrated Project field execution plans.
 Manage the Marine Warranty Surveyor for all appropriate reviews and inspections. Captain Competency Assessment (iCAP) and monthly Vessel Inspections (iVIP) Programs. Steward all findings with Contractor.
 Steward Marine Warranty Surveyor activities and costs
 Provide Construction's input into the company deliverables.
 Coordinate Construction & Installation participation in Lessons Learned and constructability / install ability reviews.
 Coordinating end of campaign / project Lessons Learned are recorded.

 Works in an evolving business environment where expansion opportunities are being identified on a continuous basis adding additional complexity and workload to the existing project environment.

 Works on large capital expenditure projects in a highly dynamic team environment that has tight-deadlines, high pressure and visibility, requiring accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
Communications and Working Relationships:
 Works with PMT for planning and execution of the project.
 Work closely with Engineering, Procurement & Expediting, Operations and Maintenance.
 Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that requires effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
 Interacts effectively with RG management and external stakeholders, including statutory auditors, shareholder auditors and other entities to discuss project practices and issues.
 Exhibits team leadership skills, integrity, self-confidence, fairness.
Problem Solving/Complexity:
 Undertakes complex tasks and acts as a source of guidance for staff and internal customers. Is expected to handle all but the most complex problems and difficulties that might arise.
 Takes initiatives, based on experienced gained, to deliver timely and cost effective service.

 Establishes credibility with peers, subordinates and supervisors.
 Works independently within established procedures. Has autonomy over scheduling and planning of own work; organizes efforts of work group to achieve overall efficiency.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
 Minimum 8 years Oil & Gas Offshore Projects & Operator Operations experience.
 Minimum 13 years Logistics and field operations experience
 BEng - Engineering Degree
 Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
 Must be very proficient with excel and PowerPoint.
 Valid OPITO H2S Certificate
 Valid BOSIET Certificate
 Valid Offshore Medical
 Flexibility to travel locally (Dubai, UAE and Offshore) on a regular basis
