The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments for events and meetings pertaining VIP visitors to our clients Technical Centre / Dealing with incoming email and post corresponding on behalf of the Vehicle Personalisation team. / Taking dictation and minutes, as required by VP Senior Management. / Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, as required. / Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Bespoke Commissioning Suite is well prepared for meetings and events. / Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. / First point of contact for all bespoke commission customers and VIP visitors. Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival in the reception area. Ensuring guests are signed in and complete all H&S registrations on site if appropriate and required / Booking Visitors in at the main reception and escorting them to the Commissioning Suite, Presentation Suite or SVO Assembly facilities ensuring their needs are met, including vehicle owners, VIP’s, Government and Military. / Producing the daily itinerary reports.

Additional Information:
Working location will be primarily Oxford Rd, with presence at Gaydon, Solihull and Fen End necessary as required / You will be required to wear business attire and a dress policy will be in place / All employees must sign up to an exclusivity clause in their contract of employment which states that they will not work with any other organisation that might be seen to compete with our client. The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign our client's Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Required:
Updating the monthly reporting metrics with accurate information. / Confirm all customers' bookings on arrival, making ready all customer areas in preparation for events, either the night before or morning of. / Clearing all crockery and unwanted items left by customers in time for their return, lunch or afternoon in the absence of catering assistance. / Responsible for all physical presentations and customer hardware including presentation packs, sales packs, certificates, vouchers, books, etc. / Stock control of all of the above and re-ordering where necessary. / Responsible for the upkeep of facility standards in the building including all customer environments, arranging maintenance of equipment and scene setting.
