The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Corporate Travel Assistant to join this already successfulc team. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Book & manage domestic & international business travel arrangements for all staff/contractors according to our clients Business Travel Standards
• Reconcile all RFT’s against agents invoices
• Manage Expat/Inpat accommodation requests on business trips to Perth
• Book and manage travel for all Perth staff and their families for home leave
• Liaise with our clients Travel Management Company regarding accommodation requests and non standard travel
• Provide travel support to administrative assistants with access to travel bookings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have the following:

• Experience using inline booking tools – AMADEUS experience is essential
• Skilled in planning complicated travel itinerary’s
• Proven ability to manage bookings within company standards
• Knowledge of credit card reconciliation process
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
