The Role:
Our client is looking for a Correspondence Administrator to carry on the task of End-2-End correspondence workflow for all offical incoming and outgoing correspondence as per the projects and clients communication protocol guidelines.

Responsibilities will include;

- Arrange translation of all outgoing / incomming correspondence

- Collect information and maintain all details needed to process the correspondence such as distribution list, addresses, accounts, updates, timelines etc...

- Dispatch all correspondence to distribution list / action parties as per correspondence protocol.

- Obtain required comments, approvals and signoffs.

- File all correspondence following the correct procedures.

- Maintain a tracking sheet for every incomming and outgoing official correspondence.

- Capture the team's comments on the responses and send reminders for timely outgoing response to incoming enquiries.

- Monitor mailbox activity and take action as per procedures.

- Prepare Weekly list of outgoing correspondence

- Run a cross check of completed translation jobs against translation report sent by vendor.

- Assist in Urgent translation / proof reading if required.


- Ensure accurate procedure

- Comply with clients policy, confidentiality and regulations.

Must have strong languages skills for translation and editing of the drafted materials.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English

- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in translation / proofreading or editing text OR Any quivilant combination of experience and/or education which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

- Experience in handling Correspondence, technical documents

- Works well in a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Hard working and a problem solver

- Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of MS standard applciations.
