The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking a Correspondence Administrator based in Dubai working on a 2year assignment.

Carry out the End-2-End correspondence for all official incoming and outgoing correspondence as per Project correspondence, control procedures and communication protocol guidline.

Monitor SIPD correspondence mailbox and action requested correspondence as per distribution list.
Arrange translation of all outgoing/ incoming correspondence.
Collect information and maintain all details needed to process the correspondence such as distribution list, addresses, accounts, updates, timelines etc
Dispatch all correspondence to distribution list/ action parties as per correspondence protocol.
Obtain required comments, approvals and signoffs.
File all correspondence electronic/ hardcopies following the correct procedures.
Maintain the tracking sheet for every incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
Capture the teams comments on the responses and send reminders for timely outgoing response to incoming enquires.
Ensure correspondence meet project standards and are produced within the required timeframe.
Optimize and improve SIPD correspondence templates and roll out to internal stakeholders, issue correspondence numbers, label, format and scan correspondence.
Prepare weekly list of outstanding correspondence.
Run a cross check of completed translation jobs against translation report sent by vendor.
Assist in urgent translation/ proof reading if required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Native Arabic & English languages.
-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in translation/ proof reading, editing text or any equivalent combination of experience and/ or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
-Experience in handling correspondence, technical documents.
-Team player
-Excellent communation and interpersonal skills
-Strong computer Literacy and working knowledge of MS Standard applications.
