The Company:
Our client (big oil & gas company) looking for Corrosion Engineer

The Role:
- Program engineer for pipelines supporting program owner with emphasis on planning and scoping.
- Subject matter contact for selected technologies associated with pipeline technology.
- The employee shall be held responsible for poor performance of the job duties, violation of the Employment Agreement provisions, local regulations and requirements of the RF legislation as specified by the RF Labor Code.
1. Development, change and implemention of equipment strategies to support pipeline integrity, including updates resulting from inspection results
2. Develop and maintain procedures and work packs consistent with knowledge & skill of the executing organization for program activities, when required.
3. Define acceptance criteria associated with pipeline program surveys and inspections
4. Maintain one-year and five-year plans with hand over to the executing organization
5. Prepare MOCs and deviations as required, such as schedule deviations
6. Assures critical spares are identified, stocked and preserved
7. Assures development of work packs for common repair scenarios including procedures, materials, special tools and resource requirements.
8. Monitor long-term performance trends for pipelines to allow predictive modeling and detect degradation
9. Assess the applicability of new technologies for pipeline integrity management
10. Utilize technical networks to seek or share learnings and ensure technology transfer
11. To attend all mandatory for employees Company training programs and seminars, including computer-based programs;
12. To perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries, near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others’ working places if witnessed.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering such as Materials, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Pipeline/Terminal Engineering preferred

- Knowledge of pipeline design, construction, operations, maintenance, Russian Federation regulatory requirements
- Have a working knowledge of Facilities Integrity Management System and the Program 3 Equipment Integrity Guides, Technical Reference Manual, Production Reference Manual, Controls Integrity Management System, Global Practices and industry leading documents in Program area including maintenance and intelligent pigging
- Strong English skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
