The Role:
•Monitor the time-writing mailbox and provide prompt responses to queries. Liaise with SAP team for time-writing training.
•Prepare time-writing reports and monitor for completeness
•Journal preparation and posting (supplier charges and accruals)
•Month end support for the G&A Analysts
•Balance sheet reconciliations
•Preparing invoices for external parties
•Supporting the Multi Venture Audit of the G&A Team
•Continuous development of improved methods of working

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Accuracy and attention to detail.
•Good working knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly MS Excel.
•Good interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.
•Accounting background (academic or work experience)
•Strong communication, networking, collaboration and well developed team-working skills.
•Sound knowledge of accruals
•Commitment to corporate core values.
•Results focused with a commitment to the delivery of “best in class” service to the business.
•Willing to challenge existing practices and implement initiatives.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•SAP system knowledge/experience
•Knowledge of UK Oil & Gas Industry
•Experience within an operating asset environment.
