The Role:
1) Aid project & engineering services activities development by creating cost breakdown structures for project I activity phases.
2) Create purchase requisitions & release orders and gain approvals from Budget Responsible Owners (BROs) using SAP software.
3) Maintain and update cost controls systems for quantitative progress measurement.
4} Align project I activities forecast and phasing to integrate with master control schedule & master estimates.
5) Maintain and update monthly cost reports detailing current budgets, estimate-to- completion, estimate-at-completion, accruals, actuals expended, budget transfers, CTR's, PRs and Change Orders management
6) Provide required input data to support Monthly Project Services portfolio report & KPls.
7) Support Project Managers in the development of Internal Orders, Financial Memorandum and Authorization for Expenditure documentation.
8) Analyze anticipated and current situations toproactively focus management's· attention on known or potential areas of concern.
9) Participate in monthly Cost & Performance meetings.
10) Ensure adherence to company's financial reporting policies.
11) Liaise with PSCM representative to. ensure timely approval of contracting strategies and Purchase Orders.
12) Review final invoices and ensure rates and prices are in accordance with contractor's service agreements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* More than 2 years' experience working in the oil & gas industry
* Project management, financial or accounting background
* Proficiency in MS Office applications such as excel, word and power point
* Working knowledge of SAP software
* Detail oriented and good analytical skills
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
