The Role:
Conduct Cost Control presentations to Project engineers, participates in project team meetings. Checks accruals on a monthly basis. Monitor/ track charges for the cost centers/AFEs. Work with budget owners and Finance when inappropriate expenditures are shown or accrued to correctly resolve them. Prepares monthly forecast using SAP, verifies with budget owners. Verifies with Project Engineers and update Kildrummy cash flows with forecast of materials, construction works and engineering services until close of month. Selects, gathers and analyses financial information to develop performance analysis and accounting controls. Able to interpret and link financial results to project/operational results.
Informal training in work processes for new analysts and even project engineers.
Participate and provide support to Project Sponsors in the annual budget development cycle. Defines anticipated completion date of projects and status of projects (Non-discretionary, yes-compliance and Yes-carry over). May lead work group and participate in cross functional teams. Initiates and cultivates cohesive working relationships with co-workers, external customers to facilitate accomplishment for tasks requiring their involvement and support. Supports and generates new ideas, technologies which may improve current cost control processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Higher economical/technical education and experience not less than 2-3 years.
English Level - 4 is required as a minimum.
Good knowledge of cost control concepts
Good PC skills – working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Visio and MS Office, ARIBA,E1, Kildrummy
Have the ability to learn and apply new skills which shall help him (her) to fit into Company business.
Understand and effectively use basic work processes. Effectively apply project management skills based on knowledge of CPDEP.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Communication skills – effectively express thoughts and ideas with customers and employees.
