The Role:
- Maintain & improve cost control for the NSBU Well Ops Section, advocate principles for cost control to all D&A engineers & leaders.
- Ensure that NSBU Well Ops Staff and Contractors adhere to the Client Procurement principles and use SAP in the intended way to gain full & overall cost control.
- Improve and maintain a superior SAP Service Entry process.
- Ensure timely flagging of needed AFE supplements.
- Act as focal point for all cost related matters within NSBU Well Ops section and all customers and suppliers to the NSBU Well Ops Section.
- The position is responsible for budget input & Cost control.
- Establish and maintain forecast for final project costs.
- Follow up well projects through cost tracking of the well projects.
- Prepare expenditure schedule for all NSBU Well Ops Projects.
- Establish a coding structure (WBS) for all NSBU Well Ops Projects.
- Support all NSBU Well Ops engineers with cost control input.
- Provide & improve annual budget input for the NSBU Well Ops sections.
- Maintain full overview & control of wells per event, dates, WBS elements for all current planned wells.
- Provide reports as necessary for all customers of the NSBU Well Ops Section incl:
- Track actual vs budget performance, Cost tracking-, Cost control-& weekly & monthly Cost reports to Management & Partners.
