The Company:

The Role:
Responsibilities:

• Familiarisation with and full understanding of, quality, safety and management systems.
• Preparation and maintenance project cost and status reports in line with Company Project Manager’s requirements and periodic issuance of same.
• Liaison and interface with Client Representatives on issues of project planning and costs.
• Data retrieval and review pursuant to project planning, status and cost control elements.
• Assisting with other general project related activities as requested from time to time, within expected capabilities and/or training.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant QA Health & Safety and Environmental Policies, where applicable

Authorities:

• Authorised to prepare, update and issue cost and status reports as directed by Company Project Manager
• Authorised to interface and liaise with Client Representatives pursuant to project
• Authorised to raise issues of quality, health, safety and environmental and to input to continuous quality improvement element.

Role Specific Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Continuous update and fortnightly issue of platform specific Cost Report & AFE Forecast Sheet, including CTR’s issued, call-offs received, invoices issued, CVO’s issued, and forecast anticipated final project costs.
• Coding and verification of client invoices & pre-billing preparation to ensure issued invoices are paid promptly.
• Monitor project expenditure & report on same
• Liaise directly with relevant departments to resolve invoicing and billing queries.
• Maintain close liaison with relevant Project Engineer regarding matters which have, or may have a commercial impact to the project, including developing forecast costs and durations for completion of work.
• Liaise closely with Planning Engineers to ensure forecast costs are in line with plans.
• Assist with historical review and resolution of invoice and cost related issues.
• Provision of improvement proposals to streamline the invoicing / cost reporting process.
• Regular meetings with PRP / PM to develop cost and AFE reports, and to appraise them of current status.
• Liaise with allocated sales invoicing clerk to ensure invoices are prepared and issued in a timely manner.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 Years’ experience in similar role

Recognised Diploma in business Studies, business management or accounts
