The Company:
Our client is an international Oil & Gas operator

The Role:
Change management focal point within the project services department
Ensure the change management process is followed throughout the project
Co-ordinate the timely routing of individual changes to the relevant disciplines for approval
Ensure all changes are recorded in register / system with relevant paperwork
Ensure the financial and schedule implications of each change are fed to the relevant departments
Attend change management meetings
Training of new starts with respect to the change management process
Assistance with the preparation of key change procedures and guidelines

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree / HND / HNC
7 Years + Cost Engineering / Change Management experience with Oil and Gas operating company / Respected EPC Contractor
Previous experience working on large scale O&G Project’s essential preferably with operators
MUST be eligible to work in the UK (EU or UK Passport essential)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good MS office skills and databases. Particular emphasis on change management software would be beneficial.
