The Role:
Responsibilities:

• Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and VOWD for CaTRo project.
• Develop reporting tracking tools and generate VOWD and cost reports on regular monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates for contract change order as well as Management of Change.
• Coordinate the Change Management process for CaTRo site project.
• Review and verification of monthly Subcontractor invoices
• Prepare project cash flow forecast including 3 month look ahead.
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Work Program & Budget
• Manage a trending tool in conjunction the Trend Management procedure
• Ensure correct use of Company's AFE, WBS and CBS structure and develop further coding where required. Prepare presentations and Stewardship reports on a monthly basis or as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Individual:
• Ideally Engineering degree qualified, minimum 10 years as a Lead/Manager. +8 years field site experience is a must.
• Must have lead a team of 4+ during an EPC project.
