The Company:
A major oil and gas operator is looking for a Cost Engineering & Project Services Advisor to work on a world scale project.

The Role:
Will work closely with Project Manager to build and maintain organizational capability and all related work processes for the Cost Engineering and Project Services and Supply Chain Management functions.
Utilize a team of Cost Engineering, IM/IT, HR, Supply Chain, Contracting, and Finance and Administrative professionals who are responsible for some or all of the following:
Ensuring compliance with accounting processes, systems and procedures
Implementing and managing project controls processes, systems and procedures
Developing and monitoring schedules and budgets for a portfolio of potential assets
Implementing and maintaining document control procedures and IT/IM for multiple potential assets
Developing guidelines and oversight for contracting and purchasing, including bidding, awarding and administering contracts
Executing and monitoring internal and external Service Orders for pre-FEED work studies
Developing and implementing Cost Engineering Management of Change process
Generating and distributing integrated project progress, performance and forecast reports
Develop and provide input into business plans and forecasts at Project and Enterprise levels
Identifying and resolving Cost Engineering issues
Developing and maintaining project deliverables including execution plans and procedures
Supporting benchmarking activities
Participating in project reviews, risk assessments and assurance activities
Preparing for and participating in audit activities
Developing communication packages for decision makers and executives.
The preferred candidate must be comfortable working in dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
The ability to work as part of an integrated team and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders and customers (internal and external) is essential.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business
10+ years. Experience in project controls, cost engineering, and information management is highly desired; candidates with experience managing those functions are preferred.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
A background in Engineering, Business or Finance is desired.
