The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Provide legal advice to the various functions and departments of the Company and perform other professional legal assignments on behalf of the Company.
1. erform a full range of professional legal assignments while exercising considerable independent judgement.
2. Prepare and approve contracts, deeds, leases and other legal papers.
3. Serve as legal advisor to the various functions and departments of the Company under the direction of the General Counsel.
4. Provide written advice on legal issues facing the Company with due regard for the laws of Saudi Arabia, other jurisdictions and international best practices, as appropriate.
5. Prepare and respond to formal complaints and present oral arguments and written pleadings and briefs at court hearings and administrative proceedings.
6. Perform legal research and analysis in order to support the GC in providing legal advice.
7. Prepare legal documents in respect of commercial agreements.
8. Prepare reports on legal issues facing the Company.
9. Review corporate policies, processes and procedures with proponent departments to provide guidance on compliance with applicable laws.
10. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Doctorate of Jurisprudence from an ABA Accredited University.
