The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
As CPF Hook-up Superintendent you will be responsible for the preparation of the Offshore Hook-up scope of work, in line with the Project requirements. You will also ensure that contractors’ activities are managed to ensure the correct execution in line with Project objectives relating to HSE, Quality and Schedule.

Key Responsibilities required:
•Conducting all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures
•Ensuring compliance with Construction and Hook-up procedures and project specifications.
•Monitoring and assisting as necessary the contractor in the preparation of future hook-up works offshore for CPF Package.
•Managing and controlling the hook-up works performed by contractor on CPF
•Actively foster a ‘team work’ approach within the CPF Hook-up team and as interface with the CPF Integration team.
•Leading review and coordination meetings, whilst also representing CPF package when chairing Project meetings.
•Participating in the resolution in case of conflicts, keeping in mind first the overall interest of development and those of the CPF package

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Key Qualification, Skills & Experience required:
•Tertiary qualifications and / or professional registration in a relevant engineering discipline e.g mechanical engineering.
•Extensive construction supervision and management experience on development projects of large oil & gas fields.
•Strong exposure to engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and offshore hook-up
•A good understanding of overall, and detail planning management.
•Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to diplomatically manage conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment.
