The Company:
Our Client is a one of operator in oil and gas industry

The Role:
• Basic perform Receipt and Dispatch of Company, Contractors and suppliers materials from the onshore warehouse(s) to customers location.
• Perform fully checking all POs (both Direct & Stock PO) or Contract Receipts plus rental or loan equipment the point of receipt.
• Perform fully checking all material return from Offshore and Onshore at the point of receipt.
• Complete receiving process with confirm PO number, manifest / transmission note, supplier, item description, quantity, size, class, connection, rating, certification, testing, MSDS and any special information where applicable.
• The receipt process should be completed and details posted to JDE within 48 hours of physical receipt
• Perform issuing all material - stock, non-stock, rental or loan parts and equipment must be approved and check to confirm that the correct items are being issued to the correct party in the correct quantities and update in JDE within timely
• Assist in the loading / offloading of cargos as needed. Prepare requisitions, shipping, receiving and transferring pick listing, CHILLI, repair/return and other documents as required.
• Physically moves materials into stacking area on the racks on receipt from the Receiving Bay.
• Perform packing material - all items being shipped to a company location or to an offsite area must be packed to ensure that the items arrive in the same condition as dispatched. All shipments from the company warehouse must contain a minimum of properly addressed shipping note but may also contain packing lists, PO copies or specification information.
• Download PO details from Ariba to the Materials (Access) Database. Allocate appropriate locations to the incoming material.
• Ensure that quality, type and part identification of materials received are in accordance with the required specification prior to acceptance into the inventory system.
• Coordinate with material coordinator to book other departments, and coordinate with buyers to close UOS&D issues.
• Print and complete the Receivers Worksheet and it in a timely manner. Prepare receiving, transferring packing list.
• Responsible for checking cargo and reporting discrepancies in a timely fashion. Ensure accuracy and good condition of material.
• Responsible for the physical receipt of the Inventory Stock material process in a timely fashion.
• Check the packages against the manifest to perform offloading cargo from truck.
• Conduct physical check & receive material. Ensure that quality, type and part identification of materials received are in accordance with the required specification prior to acceptance into the inventory system.
• Check each shipment as of the packages against the manifest and ensure numbers of packages are correct with PO documentation.
• Responsible for completing any follow up with suppliers to close out any discrepancies noted on UOS&D reports.
• Conducts physical check & receive material & put identification sticker "CHECKED" for reference.
• Ensure originator provides confirmation of receipt and all documentation is noted and filed for future reference.
• Ensure the completed Receivers Worksheet is given to the Stock Control, Data Controller in a timely manner.
• Ensure that storage conditions are safe and appropriate for the material being stored. Review storage conditions including materials preservation regularly and recommends corrective measures if required.
• Ensure that all materials leaving the warehouse are properly documented.
• Enforce compliance with Tenets of OE is strictly followed. Compliance of legal, regulatory and company requirements concerning employee and contractor safety, health and environmental protection
• Report any unsafe acts and exceptions to policy including corrective measures.
• Promote OE&HES (ie. Initiate Safety Practice, Present in OE&HES meeting or Circle of Safety Meeting, etc.)
• Report all near misses and incidents and encourage with co workers.
• Responsible for general housekeeping in allocated area of responsibility. Safe Operate Forklift and Lifting Equipment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business related field or Technical Diploma.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Jr. Craftsman position.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEIC 200-300) (TEPPI 35-45)
• Good computer skills particularly Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high level of team skills
• Self motivation.
