The Role:
- Full Accountability for the management of Payroll Team, Invoicing Tea, and Query Management Team (Full-lifecycle to ensuring remittance from clients in timely manner).
- Be heavily involved (with guidance) in the design of Invoicing Function and Team. Invoicing is planned to be brought in-house in the coming months.
- Responsible for the performance and delivery of all KPI’s and SLA’s for the transactional finance functions within the Shared Services Department including Timesheet Processing, Billing, Payroll, Sales and Purchase Ledger, Queries and Credit Management, 50 FTE.
- Accountable for company performance together with the aged debt profile.
- Managing debt from billing through to legal recovery processes (where necessary)
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all key business stakeholders and external 3rd Party suppliers & clients
- Continuously delivering process improvement across the functions
- Leading, supporting and coaching of managers and team members as appropriate

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Finance or Accounting
- Proven Track Record and Experience of managing Timesheet Processing, Billing, Payroll, Sales and Purchase Ledger, Queries and Credit Management
