Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
The role has responsibility for the development and execution of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in order to maximise the Company’s ability to retain existing customers. Success is measured by managing our Contact Centres, support the delivery of a new CRM platform, developing a comprehensive contact plan for the major target groups and deliver compelling reports that influence our way of working and ultimately the volume of customers retained with the brand.

Scope of the Role
- Development of a monthly reporting pack based on the existing sales and marketing suite.
- Core understanding and interrogator of the CRM systems, CRM processed and extraction process to support targeting activities.
- Development of a comprehensive contact plan with the target to build some fixed contact points for customer communication.
- Act as a key member of the project team responsible for managing the Company’s new CRM platform.
- Creation of Customer insight metrics and development of new customer profiles utilising data from BCMS, research and satisfaction programmes and other associated reporting.
- Lead Contact Centre Strategy and sourcing process involving evaluation of current incumbents, re-tendering process and new way of working processes to support future Customer and Prospect volume aspiration.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Agency management experience.
- Ability to assimilate a wide range of information, both technical and historical.
- Ability to work under pressure, and to respond professionally and represent the Company to customers and prospects.
- Ability to sell concepts, business plans and project proposals.
- Good database, presentation and communication skills.
- Ideally a minimum 3 years database marketing experience.
- Clear ability to self-start and demonstrate ability to be proactive and take initiative.
- Ability to effectively plan, organise, prioritise and multi-task.
- Knowledge and willingness to learn CRM processes, developments and legislation.
